Nicholas Nye
President and CEO

Mr. Nye started Janus Networks in 2007 after realizing that several local businesses were not utilizing the vast benefits of computer technology. He began extensive research and was able to give detailed and comprehensive solutions for their future needs. Solutions that not only maximized their profit potential, but that also moved them ahead of their competition. By establishing a network of small to medium business, Mr. Nye felt he could venture into higher grounds with larger corporations. With an exclusive mindset, he was able to separate his division of small to medium business consulting and working with larger corporations while still maintaining a profit and keeping his expenses low. With his strong background in new business development, IT consulting, systems design and operations, today he is ready to push the envelope in IT consulting.

Mr. Nye has also served as the principal consultant for numerous complex Exchange 5.5 and 2Kx to Exchange 2003 deployments and migrations, as well as numerous Windows NT and Active Directory deployments and migrations. He served as a general technology and subject matter expert in Quest Software and personally delivered services in complex migration scenarios to many global organizations. With an extremely high satisfaction customer satisfaction performance, Mr. Nye is routinely engaged to provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise on Quest Intrust Software's most complex, troubled or sensitive engagements.

Mr. Nye has a exceptionally strong background in Enterprise Storage and Clustering and has architected, designed and deployed solutions to service over 15,000 users per cluster in 99.9%+ availability systems. He is recognized as an expert in EMC SAN storage technologies and has real-world experience in the design, configuration, and deployment of these solutions.

Mr. Nye received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Businesse-Business and holds multiple certifications with Microsoft in Networking, Exchange, and Systems Administration. Mr. Nye is also certified in Storage Architecture focused with enterprise level storage clustering and SAN Solutions.

Dmitriy Sherman

Mr. Sherman brings over 12 years of technology experience to Janus Networks, developing integration architecture and database initiatives for enterprise-wide systems. He has a deep understanding of object-oriented analysis and design, component technology, database design, and n-tiered architectures. Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams and take complex projects from concept to successful completion.

Mr. Sherman is responsible for leading Janus Networks development.  Prior to assuming responsibility for the overall technical direction of Janus Networks, he led the design and development of web-based solutions at companies including Turnstone Systems, EPRI Solutions, the GAP and Adobe. An expert in data storage security and in the architecture of web-based, enterprise-wide automation applications,  Mr. Sherman also headed application development teams at Locality and Stanford University.

Mr. Sherman holds a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
