Costs of solar power are expected to keep falling in the next years, saving Indians not only money but the effects of pollution. Other countries have noted India’s success in this area, with investors from the US’s Wall Street to China’s financial sector anticipating a gold rush. India plans to auction off billions’ worth of development in large solar power stations over the next 15 years.
